From Oakham:
just follow signs for Ashwell, we’re just over a mile from the bypass (less than a five minute drive), and some people enjoy walking or cycling out to visit us as there’s a path the whole way!

From Langham or Melton Mowbray:
Go through Langham and head towards Oakham on the A606, drive pass the M&S petrol station roundabout and turn left at the next roundabout towards Ashwell. Continue for approximately one mile, over the roundabout, continue for approximately half a mile (past our neighbours, Rutland Enterprise Park) and Rutland Village is on your right.

From Uppingham or the A47:
Follow the A603 to Oakham. On the approach to Oakham, continue along the bypass and at the third roundabout turn right towards Ashwell. Continue for approximately one mile, over the roundabout, continue for approximately half a mile (past our neighbours, Rutland Enterprise Park) and Rutland Village is on your right.

From Stamford or the A1:
Head towards Oakham on A606. At roundabout turn right. Go straight over the next roundabout and at the following one turn right towards Ashwell. Continue for approximately one mile, over the roundabout, continue for approximately half a mile (past our neighbours, Rutland Enterprise Park) and Rutland Village is on your right.
